1. Material Selection

2. Cutting Board

3. Embossing

4. Punching
Use the punch mold to accurately complete the punching angles, punch the handle hole, doorbell hole, edge lock hole, and cat's eye hole to guarantee the product is the same size. The main keyhole, side keyhole, expansion screw hole, lock hole, and assembly line hook hole have all been punched out of the door frame. Inspectors, examine and double-check the dimensions' accuracy.
5. Bending
Using advanced bending machines and precise bending tools, the door frame of the door is repeatedly bent several times. Inspectors, inspect and spot check the accuracy of dimensions.
6. Electric Welding
Weld the small parts inside the door that need to be put in early, such as the hinge fixing plate, the upper and lower sealing plates, and the main lock box. The door frame is welded together with the reinforcing ribs for the expansion screws, the cement cover plate, and the four side frames of the door frame. Inspectors, inspect and spot check the accuracy of dimensions.
7. Phosphating
The door leaf and door frame are soaked for about 30 minutes before entering the next process to ensure that the acidic rust-causing substances on the surface of the steel plate are cleaned, and a layer of phosphating film is applied to facilitate the adhesion of the plastic powder in the subsequent powder spraying process.
8. Glued
After the middle part of the front and rear door panels is filled with honeycomb paper or fireproof cotton and welded, the door is fixed with hydraulic equipment - hot glue machine, so that the door is flat and will not be deformed.
9. Plastic Spraying, Transfer Printing, Water Grinding
The special treatment process for the facade ensures the beautiful color and wood grain of the facade. The lacquer workshop has to go through multiple processes such as primer painting on the facade, washing, drying, wood grain heat transfer printing, oiling and drying.
10. Oven Glazing
In order to solve the fading problem of steel doors exposed to strong ultraviolet light, it is necessary to increase the anti-fading ability of the surface. The inspector checks to see if there is any paint leakage or flow. After the overall assembly is completed, inspectors check and accept.
11. Assembly
Use hinges to assemble the door frame and door frame together, and install other things such as peepholes, doorbells, lock bodies, lock cylinders, and leather straps.
12. Pack And Label
